For any questions or issues related to your membership, please contact us at support@orbital.nyc. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–3 business days.
Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee
Orbital memberships are billed annually. If you're not satisfied after participating in two full reflection cycles, you may request a pro-rated refund for the remainder of your membership term.
Refunds are also issued in the case of billing errors or duplicate charges. To request a refund, email support@orbital.nyc with your account email and a brief description of your situation.
Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent renewal for the following year. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current annual term, and you will retain full access until that date. No refunds are provided for partial periods except as described above.
Promotions and Discounts
Occasionally, Orbital may offer promotional or discounted pricing. These offers are limited, non-transferable, and may not be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise. All promotions are valid only for the period and terms specified at the time of the offer.
Legal and Export Restrictions
Orbital provides a digital membership service. No physical goods or export-restricted software are sold or distributed.
Legal Entity and Governing Law
Orbital is operated by GCKB LLC, a New York-registered limited liability company doing business as Orbital. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
