GCBK LLC d/b/a Orbital ("Orbital," "we," "us," or "our") operates Orbital and related membership services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our public-facing pages, create an account, purchase a membership, participate in member areas, post content, upload files, or otherwise use the Services.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.
3. Member Content and Visibility
The Services include member-only features that allow users to create profiles, post content, comment, and upload files.
Please note:
- Member content is visible only within the relevant member area or network, subject to the configuration of that part of the Services.
- Content may also be accessible to our administrators and moderators where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate, or support the Services.
- You should avoid posting or uploading information that you do not want shared within the relevant member area.
4. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, maintain security, and remember certain settings.
We also use analytics tools on our public-facing pages to understand traffic and usage trends and to improve those public-facing pages. We do not use those public-page analytics tools to monitor activity inside the member-only portions of the Services.
You can control certain cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the Services function.

We may share personal information with:

- Analytics providers used on public-facing pages
- Authentication, hosting, storage, security, and infrastructure service providers

We do not sell personal information for money.

- posts, uploads, and member content may remain available until deleted, removed, anonymized, or no longer needed for operation of the Services;
- transaction and related records may be retained for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes;
- backup and security copies may remain for a limited additional period under our service providers' default retention practices.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you request deletion of your account, we will generally process that request manually. Certain records may be retained where required for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or backup purposes. Member posts and comments may be anonymized as part of account deletion handling.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies.
10. Adults-Only Services
The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps.
