Purpose

Whether you're a Designer, Product Manager or Engineering Manager, your ability to level up is a function of whether you have easy access to relevant peers—counterparts across the industry who have relatable experiences and similar kinds of responsibilities.

Access to such networks is a huge advantage—through this you can find support, opportunities, ideas and more. In fact, it's often only within these private spaces where some of the most impactful lessons are shared.

But, it can be hard to find the right people and to commit the time.

That's where Orbital comes in.

We convene, build and facilitate communities of practice. We do the work of identifying and gathering relevant groups of peers (who don't all work at your company), and then we create conditions conducive to thoughtful dialogue on substantive issues pertaining to your work.

We're not a coaching service or an instructional class. And we don't promise to solve all your problems.

But we will get you access to a wide array of stories, data points, and insights relevant to your work in a highly condensed period of time. Along the way, you'll develop new, trusted relationships which will continue to pay dividends well after you complete the program.
