WHO THIS IS FOR
- Currently employed at a software product company (not an agency).
- Full-time people manager
- Manages multiple teams of ICs
- (if you primarily manage managers you should join the Engineering Director Studio)
TIME COMMITMENT
- 5 weekly 90 minute sessions
- < 1 hr of prep work before Week 1
