- People responsible for the technical direction of a specific project or feature should join the Engineering Tech Lead Studio.
- People managers should join the Engineering Management Studio.
TIME COMMITMENT
- 5 weekly 90 minute sessions
- < 1 hr of prep work before Week 1
- No homework
