  • Currently a full-time employee at a software product company (not an agency).
  • Responsible for the performance and productivity of a team
  • People responsible for the technical direction of a specific project or feature should join the Engineering Tech Lead Studio.
  • People managers should join the Engineering Management Studio.
TIME COMMITMENT
  • 5 weekly 90 minute sessions
  • < 1 hr of prep work before Week 1
  • No homework
  • We know you're busy—you just need to show up
These programs are always exceptional, Gary does amazing work and I highly encourage you to apply if interested
The most common piece of advice I give to leaders during coaching is to build a peer group. Gary can help you bootstrap it. (also I try to drop in randomly on some of these when I can, because the work of learning is never done)
Highly recommend attending this if you are able to! It was one of the best peer-to-peer feedback and learning group I've attended. This one targets Eng. Directors+.
