Staff+ Design Leader Studio
A 5-week community of practice for Staff+ Design Leaders.
WHO THIS IS FOR
- Currently employed at a product company (not an agency)
- At least 1 year of experience as Staff+
TIME COMMITMENT
- 5 weekly 90 minute sessions
- < 1 hr of prep work before Week 1
- No homework

The most common piece of advice I give to leaders during coaching is to build a peer group. Gary can help you bootstrap it. (also I try to drop in randomly on some of these when I can, because the work of learning is never done)
